The Food Review

I live in Honolulu, HI and I am on a strictly gluten-free diet. Those two facts are important to remember when reading this blog, because I will be talking about foods that are explicitly glutenless, as well as the local prices and availability here in Hawaii. I hope to improve this blog in the future, so if you have any feedback, let me know! Monday, August 13, 2012.

The Food Riot Project

A research blog documenting the investigative work for a new full-length play. Sunday, May 17, 2009. On the Lower East Side and one of the pushcart vendors. How amazing to be able to see into a world that existed over a hundred years ago! Monday, April 20, 2009. Here is a great article.

The Food Roadie

Wednesday, November 30, 2011. This Black Bean and Corn Dip is really good! And just has to be good for you with all the wonderful goodies packed into it. It goes great with those little scoop tortilla chips, the kind that looks like a tiny bowl. They let you get a decent helping on to the chip and keep it there. I especially like this with those lime flavored chips! So do yourself a favor and make up a batch for yourself. I know you will love it! 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar.
